work and training

Activated my line today.
ever since the day i lost my handphone, my life revolves around work, training and Pocky!
LOL.. i can feel im falling sick again.

i love last thursday's training. i love today's training. i sat at the bus stop with my eyes closed, waiting for my bus to come. hahaha.. heng never miss it.
When i love my training, i will run. If i dont... kill me and i will only run half a round. lol. Ah Bok joined me from the behind on my one and half round, yah~ i wasnt feeling too good. but after the run, my troubles ran off.
my serving is better le.
have been doing spiking recently, which goes back to me having a limping right leg. but FUN! i still like spiking, very much.

yea yea.. u know that i find it horrible tasting cause its not sweeet!! but.. i finished it because is YOU buy for me hor. please feel proud of it. LOL.
